I am a graduate of Texas A&M University and worked as a Personal Trainer with the Strength and Conditioning Department during my time there. I provide customized workout plans and nutritional guidance to all of my clients. I provide my services exclusively online, which means we do not meet in person to train. Rather, I get to know you through a series of questions and learn about your fitness goals and create a 100% customized workout plan for you based on your needs, goals, where you intend to workout, etc. I then am available 24/7 for support as you begin your fitness journey to encourage you and answer any questions at all that you may have. Having all of our correspondence online allows me to answer your questions any time you have them and it also allows you to save money by not having to pay the outrageous prices that commercial gyms charge for personal training where you only meet with your trainer for an hour or two per week. My services are over 50% cheaper on average and I am available for help and guidance 24/7. I am invested in YOU and helping you meet and surpass your goals. My rates are generally priced per month because it takes several weeks to gauge progress for me to make adjustments. I offer 4 & 8 week packages. All you pay is a one-time fee upfront for whichever package you choose and that grants you 24/7 access to me online to answer all of your questions and provide adjustments as you get going.
