When I was younger, I struggled with math. It wasn't until I went to college that it started to make sense. I wound up with a degree in Physics and Mathematics, which was a great surprise to everyone - especially myself.
After college I joined the military, and after that , I became an Algebra/pre-Algebra teacher at a K-12 school. After that, I worked at an organization that studies teaching methods, and I learned a lot of interesting and useful things about teaching mathematics.
Now, I am a homeschooling mother, which gives me some flexibility in my schedule. I'd be happy to teach math to any student - from elementary to college age. I hope that I can use my experiences to help other students who are feeling a bit lost, since I've been there myself. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
