I am a former collegiate athlete, and I am currently getting my masters in sport psychology. Therefore, the techniques I use have psychological components, to help with the mental aspect of sports, without neglecting the physical aspect of the sport.
I have been teaching for 3 years now, mainly to dancers at a dance studio. I have seen my students grow physically, mentally, musically, and other aspects. They have placed high at various dance competitions, and very rewarding for them.
I have obtained a degree in psychology, and working on a masters in sport psychology. I understand your athletic side.
