Ability to catapult learning from audiences K-Adult through strategic, purposed and intentional instruction..

Methodology

Every class I teach is supported and guided by Kouzes and Posner’s (2002) exemplary leadership styles: inspire a shared vision, model the way, enable other to act, challenge the process, and encourage the heart. I lead with authoritative humility inside and external to the classroom. I am adept at orchestrating and modifying curriculums to support instruction to ensure learning is captured. I am versed in effective instruction in pedagogy andragogy environments. I am innovative, creative, and invite exchange to influence self-efficacy, problem solving, critical thinking and to expand student’s reservoir for learning.

Background

I have over 15 years teaching, tutoring and mentoring students of varying ages. I have taught at varying institutions in sectors of undergraduate and graduate. I am proficient in assisting one-to-one or leading groups of 20 -30 in one setting. The results of my instruction have proved lasting. I am often sought to lead tutorial labs, mentor, serve as the Lead Teacher, and develop curriculums and modules for private and public sectors to ensure learning is captured.
