I have two masters degrees, one in Conflict Prevention and Resolution and an MBA. I am an adjunct facilitator at a university for adult learners in a fast paced adult learner program. I use basic class room and technology for my methods of instruction. I try to make the lessons fun so that students will enjoy and retain what they learn.
I have been an instructor for just over 5 years and have taught roughly around 500-600 students. Students I teach usually earn letter grades of "A" and "B" and go on to graduate. Many of these same students go on to obtain their Masters degree and receive promotions on their respective jobs.
