Hello! My name is Jamie. Like my headline says, I'm an experienced tutor, having worked with students on a volunteer, private or employment basis since 2005.
I currently work for Bright Horizons Family Solutions as a Pre-K Teacher, and I have been employed with Sylvan Learning as an In-Home Tutor since December 2017.
I am EEC Certified to teach Preschoolers, and I am also working toward certifications in CDA (Child Development Associate) and TEFL (Teaching English to Foreign Learners). I have completed courses education through Fisher College, most recently Infant/ Toddler and Preschool Curricula.
Previously, I was employed by Shichida Australia, where I spent 2 years facilitating intensive whole-brain training sessions for children aged 6 mos-8 yrs. I also spent a year tutoring international high-schoolers with EduBoston.
