I am an upperclassman looking to give guidance into the world of mathematics for those who need assistance with coursework or prepare those who would like to seek ahead. My methods of instruction would be focused on identifying the concept you wish to tackle (ie factoring or the power rule) and then come up with problems that would further cement how you would apply what you just learned to coursework.
I am a senior-level applied mathematics student at Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU) and I have several years of experience tutoring ranging from pre-algebra to upper-level classes such as real analysis. I have tutored upwards of 20+ people at several schools such as: Quinnipiac University, Albertus Magnus College, and Gateway Community College.
Depending on the level of the student the rates can be discussed.
If you wish to cancel just give me a minimum of 48 hours notice and no cancellation fee, $20 otherwise.
