I teach guitar in all styles, pop, rock and jazz, as well as advance soloing for those who require it. I also teach music technology and production using Logic, Pro Tools, Garage Band, and also music theory.
I adapt to the unique requirements of each student. My current student ages range from 6 years old up to 82 ! and believe me, the requirements for each individual age group are very different. A successful instructor has to be able to fulfill each student expectations and be flexible in order to do that. That is my main objective as a teacher.
I also prepare students in order to get into college or music specific high school programs.
I have been teaching privately since 1998, when I graduated form Berklee. I lost count of how many students I have had over the years, but my average weekly count is between 20-30 students, so that's quite a few!
I am proud to say that over the years I have had students who have pursued professional careers in music, and who have been accepted in prestigious schools like University of Massachussets, Berklee College of Music, Miami-Dade College, and University of Miami.
However, I also enjoying teaching students who just want to have fun playing music. I believe music is gift for everyone to enjoy, I am here to help you no matter your level of commitment.
