Not everyone can afford a gym membership or has the time to go. This is where motivation comes into it.

Firstly, you need to set your goals such as how long you’re going to take or your goal weight. If you want to get rid of love handles and get a flat stomach, you’ll need to find the time to exercise during your week.

If you can’t find the time to exercise, you’ll have to focus on eating healthily and reducing the number of calories you consume to ensure that you’re burning more than you take you in. This whole process can take a few months!
