Our lifestyle is conducive to back pain. Backache can occur as a result of a poorly executed movements or excessive sport, but it can also be
unavoidable, because of our daily habits: Poor sleep, bad bedding, Sedentary lifestyle, lack of physical activity, Sitting down for extended periods, in the office or on the sofa, Stress, an important factor with the onset of back pain, Poor nutrition, deficiencies can promote backache. How can I reduce the impact of a lifestyle causing me back pain?
At first, it is important to look at the causes of a sore back and change what you can: walk more, eat better, play sports, etc.
However, when you spend 7 hours a day in front of a computer in an office, it’s hard to escape. This is the perfect reason to take the yoga option.

Avoid some classes like dynamic yoga. Choose Hatha Yoga classes instead, which combine poses focusing on concentration and breathing, as well as relaxation.

We find that the following poses (asana) work best to reduce pain:
The child pose, to relax and stretch the back, The cat pose, to soften the spine and strengthen the deep abdominal muscles, The camel pose, to relax the back and soften the shoulders, The cow face pose, to relieve the back and soothe sciatic pains, The downward dog pose, a classic that is very good for stretching the back and softening the legs, The twist pose, to soften and straighten the spine, also good for scoliosis, The half-bridge pose, to strengthen the lower back and stretch the abdominals, The turtle pose, to stretch the lower back (only for experienced yogis), The rolling stone pose, to stretch and relax the spine. perform these moves gently, to ensure good posture. Poorly executed moves can cause injury.
Remember to find a suitable yoga class, therapeutic yoga should be done with a qualified yoga instructor. They will be able to provide you with the basic knowledge and teach you the specific poses tailored to your needs.
