As a yoga teacher, my goal is to help my students find balance, not just in but also out of the mat. I also want my students to have a safe and sustainable practice so that they can do Yoga all their life. That said, my classes focus on alignment that is customized based on my student's unique biomechanics and the benefits of breathing for pain, stress and emotional management.

About 18 months ago, I woke up in the middle of the night in agony. It was my back. I rolled to my side, but it still hurts. I tossed and turned, but nothing helped. I only got 4 hours of sleep that night. So what does a yoga teacher got to do? I used yoga. Whenever I feel pains, I go to yoga.
In this class, I will guide you to move from one yoga asana to another to relieve back pains. We will also stretch back muscles that are tight and strengthen back muscles that are weak.
