Brandenburg consulting and educational services for all your educational and behavioral needs

Methodology

Bachelors Degree in Psychology
Master's Degree in Cross Categorical Special Education
Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership: Curriculum and Instruction.

I have studied hard and have done a great deal of investigational research into Autism, Developmental Delays, Learning Disabilities and Behavioral Disabilities all done with the intent of ensuring the needs of the individual student are met.

Background

I have worked with children and young adults with learning and behavioral disabilities since 2002. I entered the classroom in 2011 and have worked primarily in highschool doing co-taught and various levels of Alternative Curriculum. I have been tutoring all levels of students for two years but have enjoyed working with the younger children as much as the teenagers... maybe even more so :).

All of my students have improved by at least 1 grade level during my time working with them. My most profound success is a highschool student who I worked with for only a year that went from a pre -k level to about 2nd grade 4th month. I moved otherwise I would have continued working with him.

Kimberly's resume

Summary: The goal is to expand my role in the education system. Through my education and work experience I am able to assess an organization and the individual employees to determine the need and the best way for each of them to learn. I have the innate ability to develop and run assessments, determine gaps and develop a comprehensive program analysis that identifies the challenges, what needs to be changed and provides a detailed plan on how to make those changes. I am a team player and will work with all departments to ensure that each of them are running at peek proficiency but also intertwined in a way that allows the company to run most effectively.
