- Sales/rentals of high end luxury developments exclusively designed to European high quality standards. - Marketing using various media’s tools, Internet, exclusive worldwide publications, investor networking programs and forums. - Organized conferences and trade exhibitions IN Singapore and Hong Kong. - Bought and sold distressed homes for the Dufor company.
Achievements and results : Within this Two year contract, the CEO, I and the sales team including the best R.E agents on the island, closed on the remaining 15 apartments @ Layan gardens, 5 Villas @ Luna Phuket and a three acre piece of land at Luna phase two. These were sold during the 2008 world financial crash! We also closed on many distressed homes after renovation. These completed sales were concluded by being proactive and achieving foot-fall for these developments, through working many sales channels....

1996 – 2002: Peppers Restaurants and Bars – Sales and Marketing operations Manager. (Singapore, Thailand and the United Kingdom) Achievements and results: A start up business of Beatles themed Restaurants and Bars established in the UK, Singapore and Thailand. Helping develop a strong brand Peppers until the owners sold the business in 2002 Some of the happiest days in my life, within a family owned company, great working with the Singaporean / Thailand people and wonderful experiences gained due to this unique concept.
