Methodology

I believe that all students have the passion and capacity to learn. My role as an educator is to support students in recognizing and navigating barriers that are getting in their way. I design lessons around students' interests and let them guide the style and structure of our tutoring session in order to best meet their personal and academic goals.

I am a certified K-12 English teacher with a passion for American Literature and poetry. I've worked in the U.S. and abroad, in public and private schools, with hundreds of students with diverse interests and strengths to improve their reading and writing skills.
