My teaching method depends entirely on the student! My own musical upbringing was very structured and technique-focused; a path I'm happy to show to students who are interested in putting in the required effort. Whatever the student's goals are, long-term or short-term, I try to focus on maximizing personal practice time. There are many ways to improve your playing, and some ways will be much more effective and time-saving than others!
