Depending on your specific needs, rates may vary. For example, if you need tutoring for subject matter for which you have a text or an assignment, the standard rate will apply. If you need help researching a paper, finding references or proofreading a paper, there is an additional $10 per hour charge. By the way, I am very experienced at finding references and editing papers!
What are my qualifications? A Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Illinois and over 30 years teaching science, including over 20 years experience showing teachers how to best teach science. Three school systems in Southeast Louisiana have used me as a Master Science Teacher Trainer.
