My introduction to Spanish was not a good one, and I, too, needed help with the subject at the time. Because of this, I understand what about the language makes it difficult for some people. My approach offers an understanding of material instead of simply memorizing. Knowing the similarities and differences between Spanish and English grammar make the language easier to understand. It is my duty to show every student the fastest and easiest route to success and understanding.
I graduated from Bishop Guertin High School, located in Nashua, New Hampshire, in 2016, having taken all four years of Spanish at a college-preparing level. I started my college career that same fall, declaring a minor in the language. I have taken a basic refresher Spanish course in the fall, which continues and finishes this Spring. In this class, I have finished easily with an A, having very few errors on any assignments throughout the entire semester. I have learned from professors born in Spain, Italy, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, learning unique characteristics that the language takes on in those countries. I have been to Mexico on several occasions, and have been able to communicate with complete understanding with natives.
