My teaching method is to demonstrate how to properly fold, mix, whip, and knead step by step, depending on what treat you are desiring to make! When teaching others, they intend to believe that the reason their desserts don't come out as they wanted is because they skipped a step or maybe over baked the treat; That is not true! The key is to when you are mixing your ingredients and to know when not to over-mix or under-mix. I will advocate on how it must look when preparing your dessert to get the perfect batter or dough to bake!
I am a pre-nursing student at the University of Arizona and I have been baking ever since I was a child with my family. I create desserts such as homemade brownies, cupcakes, cakes, chocolate soufflés, ice cream, and so much more! I've been to a culinary class in town in which is how I learned how to bake sweets at home and develop key-point techniques to create successful treats. For those who want to snack on a much healthier dessert and be guilt-free, I definitely have treats that will satisfy your sweet tooth without the guiltiness!
I graduated high school with a 3.5 GPA at the Nogales High School in Nogales, Arizona in May of 2018 and achieved an award and cord from the National Society of High School Scholars. I am currently majoring in pre-nursing at the University of Arizona and just finished my first semester. I took classes from a family member and gained my baking experience from there.
