Graduating in Spring 2018 with Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. I have been through extensive courses involving methods of training and conditioning, moving functionally, and moving safely. I am timid at first, but as we work together more, I am very outgoing and fun.
I am the CrossFit 7220 coaching intern. I have been giving lessons there for about 3 months now. However, fitness has been in my life since high school, when I started weight training for sports. I have worked with children ages 3-18. Working with them to reach their goals in sports or fitness levels.

Currently, I am interning at CrossFit 7220. The internship will end in May 2018 when I graduate. I am involved with assisting in coaching during the CrossFit Kids class once a week, the CrossFit Teens class twice a week, and Adaptive CrossFit class once a week. I also have cleaning and other miscellaneous tasks around the gym on a weekly basis. The gym holds an annual nutrition challenge, of which I am responsible for pre and post-testing.
Wyoming River Trips-River Rafting Guide May 2016-Present
I was the guide of boats that could hold up to 12 people. The trips ranged from 1 to 3 hours in length. During this experience I was able to meet people from all around the world.
University of Wyoming Football Team-Athletic Training Staff April 2015- May 2017
My daily tasks include working with players that need assistance with minor injuries before and during practice and games. Also outside of competition, I helped the athletic trainers with prevention and rehabilitation of injuries.

Kinesiology is the study of how the body moves, this is very applicable to training. I have taken courses that have provided me with the knowledge to help other move more efficiently while getting my degree. I am going to be Functional Movement Screening level 1 certified in mid-December. I will be taking the test at the University of Wyoming. I also recently became a CrossFit L-1 trainer. This way I can more properly cue and train athletes during the courses I intern coach at. 1 I currently am CPR and First Aid certified, which is a necessary requirement for working as a CrossFit trainer, river rafting guide, and athletic trainer.
