I personally am a very hands on type of learner. So when I teach someone something I do it once, then I help them replicate what I just did. I'll keep repeating the same step until they get it down. I dont like to leave their questions unanswered, if there is something I am not 100% about, I will make sure I contact someone I know will have the answer.
I am a graduate from Arizona Culinary Institute and I specialize in both Culinary Cuisines and Pastry. I was a sous chef in a French restaurant in Phoenix, and a Pastry Chef as well. I teach my siblings and S/O new techniques, or something they don't know either in person or over the phone. I love what I do as a career and I love to teach others about my passion of food.
