I am a classroom teacher who has experience with classrooms with as many as 23 students. When it comes to delivering instruction, I have a large focus on experienced-based learning, inquiry, and patterns. I especially enjoy working one-on-one with students, as it provides the opportunity for real-time feedback, lesson adjustments, and assessments.
I am UCLA alumni who has been working with elementary age students for six years. In this time I have covered topics including but not limited to: elementary math, social studies, psychology, physical science, earth science, physics, ELA reading comprehension and writing, and so on. I have experience working with students with a range of abilities, special needs, and attention spans. I am extremely familiar with the CCSS and NGSS. I have worked with students as young as K and as old as 6th grade; I specialize in 3rd and 4th grade.
