I have two degrees in studio art- a Bachelor's of fine Art and a Masters in Fine Art. I teach Costume Design, Drawing, Digital Photography, 2&3 Dimensional Design, Art Appreciation, 1850's to 21 st Century Art. I start with the formal elements of art and principles of Design and move into mixed-media experimentation.
I am enthusiastic and an ally for facilitating the creative process in the individual and the group.
I have been teaching since 2007. I have taught at least 500 students at the college level. All my students finish their degrees and move on to their careers with a greater understanding of their own creative process. They are emboldened and confident to problem solve and think outside of the box.
I charge $35 per hour plus a $10 travel fee.
