My teaching methodology is based on individual understanding of each topic, instead of relying on memorization. I teach the students to understand why a phenomenon/mathematical model occurs the way it does, attempting to tackle the problems through logical reasoning rather than boring, burdensome memorization that tends to forget itself easily.
Currently pursuing a degree in Materials Science & Engineering, I have had experience tutoring student for 3 years, ranging from various grade levels including elementary to high school students. Up till now, most of my tutoring work has been done through volunteering, but I am ready to step up and take the challenge of guiding students to increased performance in school and increased interest in the subject matter.
