I care most about learning who my student is and how to best help that individual student. Depending on the lesson, reading or writing based, I will usually use real-world examples to highlight the important elements within the content of the lesson. I teach writing in a really easy-to-follow way. I will outline papers with you, model examples and give sentence starters in the beginning until we can slowly release from guidance.
