My class starts always with a warm up.
The nature and intensity of it can vary a lot but is mainly based on aerobic exercises. Elementary notions of boxing technique is usually delivered during the warm up.
Second stage of a training session is usually the most intense ( interval training on the bag/pads; training circuits using different approaches/equipments)
The third stage of the session results in being the most playful. Exercises are usually carried in couples or with me. With those games/exercises I aim to train reflexes and general motor skills applied to/in boxing.
At Fourth stage it's time for ground work. A must and usualy focused on core exercise ( sit ups, Planck etc ) but involving also classical strength exercises.
I like to finish off my sessions with some good stretching and as final focus some meditation & breath exercises ( note: believing that the breath is one of the Key for a durable and balanced well being I like to make my clients focusing on their breath through the course of the whole session, the results can be incredible. Improved performances and easier goals hitting )
