Experienced and compassionate teacher and tutor who wants to see you succeed academically!

Methodology

My teaching methodology is tailored to the subject, students' needs and students' levels. I am flexible and can modify lessons to suit students' needs. For example, I include ESL modifications in my lessons to ensure that English Language Learners succeed! We will work together to determine what works for you, in terms of learning style, goals and subject. We will then design an approach that works for you that you feel comfortable with.

Background

Throughout my career as an educator, I have worked with students from kindergarten to high school, university students, and adult learners. I specialize in helping English Language Learners succeed! I have a Master's degree in education, and a diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL). I'm here to help you succeed!

I have known Elizabeth for 15 years. I met her while we were both in Master of Science in Geography at the University of Toronto. While a Teaching Assistant she would always to the extra mile to help students grasp concepts, understand new topics, and answer questions and respond thoroughly and in a timely manner. I know that she has continued to uphold very high teaching standards and always goes beyond what is required, and goes the extra mile to assist students in learning and developing the intellectual and social prowess.
