I really enjoy coaching running, football, rock climbing but also just general fitness. I like to approach this through goal setting encouragment no matter what. Typically I like to work one on one for as long as necessary but am always up for a group. I am very patient and supportive when it comes to helping you achieve your goals.
I have coached several different sports for over 5 years. I have worked with dozens of people to get into better shape and reach sport-specific goals. Many of my students have seen personal bests in their sport and performed better than they thought they could have.
