My teaching methodology is based on individuality. Since every child learn at his/her pace, differentiation is applied in the classroom as such no child is left out in the learning process. Lessons are planned to accommodate different learning pace and different learning styles in the classroom.
I have been an early years educator for ten years. I have a good knowledge of the Montessori method of teaching which sees every child as a unique entity that learns at his/her own pace. Hence, my philosophy of education is that every child can learn.
