Methodology

Edited 3 literary magazines, having taught both intro and advanced classes in creative, technical and professional writing. BA, MA, MFA, PhD. Over 15 years of practical work experience in manufacturing, sales, and medical fields before returning to university to complete degree work.

Background

I have been teaching English composition, professional and creative writing for over 20 years and began tutoring while still in high school. Have taught, by now, literally several thousand beginning and advanced students, particularly international students while at Purdue University, in composition and professional writing I have experience with students with a wide range of educational and personal histories. My students have gone on to successful professional careers as well to acceptance in numerous graduate schools.
