I have been teaching for four years. I taught kindergarten for three years and moved to first grade this year. My class is full of 21 energetic students who all have very different needs and abilities. One of my students is reading and comprehending on an 8th grade reading level and I have a few students who are still learning their letter sounds. I have to differentiate and create different lesson so all of my students receive what they need in order to grow.
