My preferred style of training is heart rated based circuit training with the purpose of enhancing strength, balance, weight loss, agility, mobility, flexibility, and endurance. Training is always customized to client goals, fitness level and experience.
I have been coaching one on one, small group classess and larger classes for over a decade. I excel in supporting your weight loss, body shaping, muscle building, nutrition, and endurance building amongst other things. I am experienced in many different methods of training and am skilled in various fitness modalities.
