10 years training different people from various backgrounds. I focus mainly on cardio vascular fitness and muscle toning, implementing light lifting with more reps, and putting much emphasis on nutrition. I've created weight loss programs for doctors,lawyers, police officers, and families.
Sports was the focal point in my life when I was young. My passion was baseball but I also played basketball during my off season. I played double A ball until I got in trouble with the law. What fitness means to me is discipline of the mind. Fitness has given me a purpose and has kept me out of trouble. I want to share my life lessons with willing individuals who not only seek change in their health but also change in there minds.
