an adrenaline junkie always on the lookout for the next most challenging thing to do. Started out as a skinny high school athlete when i first stepped into a gym to rehabilitate a knee injury and instantly fell in love. The frustration of not being able to play sports anymore fueled my determination to do anything that seemed challenging and i haven't looked back since. Fast forward four years, i have a solid base in conventional weight lifting, crossfit, MMA, endurance sports, ultra distance trail running, and a keen interest in sports nutrition and injury rehabilitation, and i want to reach out to as many people as i can to help them conquer their own mountains (literally and figuratively), and i'm doing it for free.
