My classes are based upon a simple, yet effective philosophy. I first dedicate an entire session to listening and understanding all the nuances and aspects of YOUR personal battle with a mental condition. Then, after having created a personalized plan to fit your needs we will have multiple life coaching lessons in which I cover: effective mental coping techniques, breathing, nutrition, acute stressors, finances, stress management, and a litany of other topics based upon your personalized plan.
I am a student studying neuroscience and behavioral biology. I have a wealth of study experience and personal experience in dealing with various mental conditions like anxiety, and depression. I have helped multiple people understand the neuro-mechanics of mental conditions and provided many with personalized plans to help them achieve their mental liberation.
