I like to use my students as my first curriculum. This means that I teach according to their learning style and interest. I begin my session with assessment to be certain where I am taking my students from then present a road map/ need analysis of how we will get there.
As a teacher of 17 years and tutor for 14 years I have an Associate Degree in Elementary Education, a Bachelor in Literacy Studies, Masters in General Education and a TESOL certification . My students are from various non English speaking countries.
