I am a one on one and group settings coach/educator. I always try to adjust my teaching style and technique based on the individual's needs. I am very open to feedback, and i aways think of coaching as a learning experience. Coaching/training/teaching is not something stagnant, rather it develops through the relationship and the dynamics between the client and the professional. While the client develops and progresses as an athlete/trainee, the coach evolves and becomes more well rounded as a trainer.
I am a fitness enthusiast and always try to motivate and inspire people of various ages and athletic(or non) backgrounds. We live in rigorous rhythms with multiple daily stressors which is why i fell in love with fitness. Anyone who is looking to improve their lifestyle and health while forgetting a bit about family, work, and other personal matters is welcome to reach out any time.
I have taught groups of 10-20 people in CrossFit gyms and Swimming pools. I have also taught one on one, elderly (70+), and kids as young as 4 years of age. I have seen many of my clients progress in their gymnastics, weight lifting, and power lifting skills/strength along with their diet habits. If you set a goal, i make sure to make it my goal as well, and i will make sure that this is a team effort and a team success. We all need someone to motivate us which is why I am here for!
If there is a group of more than 1 person/session then my rate drops to $40/hr/person. So feel free to invite friends.
