In Clinic Group sessions - $12/session or $8/session for 6 week program
In Clinic Individual sessions - $40/session. These sessions allow for more education and understanding on our relationship with our breath and our body.
Online sessions via Fuze/Skype/Zoom - $40/session. For 2 or more participants $25/person.
2015-2018 * Owner of Living Therapies - a Health and Wellbeing Practice offering group and individual sessions in meditation and esoteric yoga of stillness. Also private healing sessions applying Universal Medicine Therapies including massage, chakra-puncture, connective tissue therapy. Regular community presentations, workshops about esoteric healing and our relationship with health, healing and understanding that we are our own best medicine depending on the quality of choices we make in each moment. Wellbeing Day events are held regularly where you can experience an Esoteric Healing treatment free of charge.
2016-2017 * Diploma of Chakra-puncture (Evolve College - Brisbane) - Chakra-puncture involves the very gentle application of very fine, sterile needles to the surface of the skin. This treatment re-activates the natural harmonious flow of energy through the energetic cell (nadi) restoring and returning the energetic and physical bodies back to their true, natural harmony.
2007-2015 * Case Manager in a community organisation. As my clients were experiencing a crisis, heightening their stress levels, the Gentle Breath Meditation was a brilliant tool I offered them that supported them to return to a calm and centred state. Building a relationship with the awareness of our breath is key to maintaining a level of true and lasting stillness in the body.
2013-2015 * Group meditation and body awareness sessions - Weekly group sessions in which participants experience the Gentle Breath Meditation and conscious presence of the body with opportunities throughout to share.
