Methodology

I am a "forty something" teacher living in the Pittsburgh, PA area with nearly 20 years experience as a teacher. I will give lessons to whoever asks if I can meet the topic content that they seek. The lesson structure may vary depending on the request. I have used various methods, with lecture being the most frequent, but visual aids, etc. are often used in conjunction.

Background

For nearly 20 years, I have been a teacher in various capacities, teaching elementary or middle/junior and senior high school social studies and career education, as well as being the assistant and director in a federal US Department of Education grant career education TRIO program called Talent Search at a university. In addition, I have taught Early Childhood Development Education, Education, and Geography courses at Community College for 17 years as an adjunct professor.
