My teaching method is first getting to know the person's interests so we can create a lesson that is going to be interesting and actually valuable for him or her. I think that when learning a language, it is easier and more effective when the person learning feels in a more friendly environment rather than in a teacher-student one.
I am a UCLA student majoring in Spanish, with a double minor in Education and Portuguese. I have been in a couple of programs throughout my three years in college that have allowed me to develop my skills giving lessons to both adults and children.
