My teaching methods change depending on who I am teaching. For example, when teaching school pupils I tend to follow their school's curriculum in order to provide a useful and practical service that benefits them the most. I give lessons to anyone studying for GCSE, A Level or anything else under a degree level. These are always 1-1 sessions, that go over current lessons in greater detail.
I have been giving 'School English' lessons for over 4 years. I am currently studying for a degree in English Literature, and have qualifications in History, English Language, and Literature. I have previously tutored 4 students, who each achieved A/B grades.
Depending on the age, location, and level of the student I am happy to change my hourly rate.
I have 13 GCSE's all above a pass, I also took most of these 2 years early. I have 3 AS levels and a diploma in Humanities. I am currently studying English Literature at University, with the hopes of beginning an MA in Public Relations.
I have been an avid rower for 11 years, at times representing the South West. I have sailed competitively for 12 years, and have been fortunate enough to represent the South of England. I have also been a keen swimmer for 15 years, and compete regularly. I now volunteer with coaching rowing and sailing with my local clubs, mostly with children aged between 9-16.
