My teaching methodology for my students is to challenge, engage and watch them grow to their full potential. Through differentiated instruction, each student is challenged based on their needs. Using Bloom's Taxonomy hierarchy of thinking skills, I am able to challenge each child to bridge the achievement gap to watch them grow and expand on their own learning. Encouraging students to experiment with their likes and dislikes allows children to realize their strengths and weaknesses. This allows me to teach me to teach to their different learning styles.
