I believe that the more you know about the ins and outs of the programs in an IEP that you are better prepared to understand what they actually are accomplishing. Students need to know their rights and what to expect.
I use a variety of methods of teaching methods in my classes. I find that the topics of leadership and advocacy are so diverse that it is only fitting that providing different activities makes learning more enjoyable but more importantly, successful. Also as a side note, as an instructor I’m not afraid to change my approach and style if I observe the current method not working for any reason.
IT REALLY DEPENDS ON THE DISCIPLINE ENGAGED IN; I DO NOT BELIEVE STUDENTS NEED TO BE SPOON FED; THEY SHOULD CHOOSE A PATH THAT THEY ADAPT TO HAPPILY. LEARNING SHOULD NOT BE A STRUGGLE, BUT A JOY. IF THERE ARE GOOD BOOKS IN THE SUBJECT CHOSEN, THE STUDENT SHOULD BE DIRECTED THERE AND THEN COUPLED WITH THE TEACHERS EXPERIENCE GET A BALANCED APPROACH.
My approach is community-based and consultative. It is a step-by-step approach which requires each step to be completed before the next step can be started. With each step of the online course, I will be by your side through Zoom technology to guide you. My aim has been to make the course non-technical so that anyone who wants to create a community project of any type can do so.
All session are based on the individual students needs, I do not operate a one size fits all approach.
I teach all levels and prepare a bespoke lesson plan based on your individual training need. We set agreed objectives together and then measure progress against them. I work online and in person.
My teaching method is as complete as possible, I base my classes upon more recent jurisprudential understandings, majority doctrine and, of course, our CTN, which is the National Tax Code. In addition, we'll work hard with mind mapping, problem solving, and schematic summaries for better fixation.
I teach law by using practical examples “Law in practise” enables students to understand the subject in real life contexts which helps absorption of the key concepts
Graduated in law and archivology, specialist in International and Economic Law and Master in Information Science, I have professional exchange in California and academic exchange in Spain. My classes are based on the whole life experience as a lawyer for 9 years in Brazil, as a student in Spain, as a maid in the United States.
