My teaching methodology is not traditional in nature. I use songs, actions, visuals, and drawings to help students master concepts and to recall vocabulary. I believe that we need lots of different types of information presentation and practice in order to acquire new information. I use humor and I have a relaxed style.
I have a Bachelor of Science in chemistry with a minor in mathematics from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO that I received in 2014. My focus in undergrad was Organic Chemistry. In school and after school I regularly held group and individual tutoring sessions in math and chemistry.
