I approach each topic with the intent to make learning exciting and fun. Keeping each student attention can difficult at times, especially after being in school all day and then has to attend a tutorial session with me. I find out each student likes and dislikes and what motivates to do their best in the classroom and at home during homework time. Whatever their response is I try to incorporate it in every lesson. I also have incentive prices they can work toward just to give them something great to look forward too as well as get on the right path of success.
