My teaching methodology is not traditional in nature. I use songs, actions, visuals, and drawings to help students master concepts and to recall vocabulary. I believe that we need lots of different types of information presentation and practice in order to acquire new information. I use humor and I have a relaxed style.
I approach tutoring as a custom-made session. I listen to my students, learn about their learning styles, and tailor lessons to meet their needs and wants. My goal is to instill the love of learning a foreign language, and to help them achieve what they want.
My method depends on the level of each student. I like to know the person in front so I can adapt my lessons to his tastes and needs. For beginners I first approach the sounds of French to quickly begin to learn the different times of the language.

I am interested in teaching aspiring artists of any age or skill level! Through teaching classic drawing and painting techniques, I hope to help aspiring artists to further hone their skills and develop their own personal working style. My teaching philosophy is simple: Pay attention to the student...Attend to what they want to learn...Prepare lessons that definitely challenge them, but are tailored the THEIR needs...Make it clear that you have an interest in their happiness and enjoyment, not just your employment.

This 35-year veteran teacher, performer and recording artist can get you started as a beginner, or bring you to the next level as an intermediate or advanced singer... I have a Masters Degree, and have been performing and teaching for over 35 years. While performing is a delightful experience, I feel equally as enthused when teaching others and helping them grow in their own artistry.
I base my lessons and tutoring on the students individual or group. I find things that challenges their minds in each lesson. I watch for anything else they may need assistance on. Concentrating on lessons that interest them and that they need to do to accomplish a goal.
