I believe in the power of music for social change, and besides writing and performing it to touch people’s hearts, the most direct way to change society is by teaching it. No matter if they will grow to become professional musicians or take another direction, music education has greater benefits for those learning it, and the benefits are reflected in everyday life.

Master in Musical Arts, with emphasis on popular percussion. Personal class with student and instrument. Appreciation of technical details in the blows, the body posture and the musical grammar for a better performance. Appreciation of Latin rhythms and traditional and modern musical genres.
I consider myself a musician rather than just a drummer, offering a very positive and musical approach to the instrument. When teaching, I aim to pass on my knowledge and love for drumming and music, nurturing the musical side of the student.
The most important thing in the classes is to be able to teach the student how to discover the functioning of the rhythm in different genres of music. My methodology was presented in my thesis at the Dublin Institute of Technology in Dublin, Ireland and it was very well accepted. Since then, my students have been following him and learning a lot about it.
I am able to teach lessons for beginners to advanced! My lessons cover styles, reading and technique. I will cover rudiments, and applying them to the kit. Reading, wether the student would like to learn to read or wants to start applying their reading to musical situations and styles. And I will cover various drumming techniques such as moeller technique, linear playing and open handed playing.
My teaching method is based in proper hand and stick technique. Technique means freedom. Also we will be learning traditional West African and Latin rhythms , and their function, covering tuning , timing and soloing. We will also be focusing on modern applications and rhythmic approach.

In my opinion, professional lessons should focus on basic skills such as playing techniques, reading the score and various styles of music, as well as concentrating on individual approaches to the instrument. This means that the student in addition to learning basics, actively influences the choice of the class's content. These may, for example, be songs or styles.

My methodology for drum tutoring varies with age and skill level. My drum lessons would be suitable for those who are wanting to start playing the drums, all the way up to experienced drummers wanting to improve their skills or adapt to more sounds.
I have taught many promising students and I cater each lesson specifically to the student, regardless of level. I try to make each lesson fun and always work around what the student's goals and ambitions are. I teach all ages.
I base my teaching on listening and learning and I follow the tab method for teaching drums rather than notations
I studied drums and percussion, theory and practice, throughout my schooling years and have since been involved with numerous events and gigs across Australia. A credible resource that has contributed to the major development of my learning is a book known as 'Rhythm Section Drumming'. This would used as a key resource and approach towards teaching, along with many others insightful notes.
Compulsive teaching is not effective in case of music therefore i am not into compulsive learning. Physics, chemistry and biology was my fav during my schooltime even though I was not a pro in them. Understand the concept and then learn stuffs and then put them into our own words.. thats how i do it.
My lessons are a time to explore who YOU are. What are YOUR curiosities? Realising natural interests and learning-style, we approach arising practical problems while steering towards and overall goal.
