I Have also been a member of the All Army and Armed Forces Boxing teams where I was a 3 time Gold Medalist in each team. I am specialized in teaching any age(4 and above) with basics of Taekwondo, traditional form, exercise, and Taekwondo kicks. I love teaching combination kicks and Olympic style sparring. I am very good with children by teaching them to understand respect and courtesy. I am not mean. For adults, I can help with great cardio exercise.
