I am very focused on foundational strength and proper alignment. My background in gymnastics has given me a wealth of knowledge in this area. I spent three years coaching gymnastics, so I am comfortable assisting and adjusting students. That being said, I also view yoga as a personal journey and I believe listening to our bodies is the most important thing we can do.

Hi I am Barbara, I am 27 years old, I have a degree in Psychology and I have practiced yoga, meditation and dance for years. My classes starts with a 5-10 minutes meditation to set a united tone at the start of the class for everyone, this helps to guide everyone to focus and connect to their own mind, bodies and personal practice.
