I have worked in a primary school and work with 6th graders and have assisted them vocabulary development and English emersion.
I have a Tefl certificate of 120 hours. I am a native English speaker and I make sure to help the students understand that it is hard to learn another language but it is easier with my guidance to comprehend. I make sure that they are understanding completely before moving on and I make sure to take it at a pace that is suitable for them.
I'm a dedicated teacher who focuses on the students' needs. We cover grammar, reading/writing, listening/pronunciation, and conversation. All skills needed to communicate properly in the language. My techniques include reading many articles, studying formats, listening to music, among other tools. I enjoy being close to my students, understanding exactly where they are and how I can help them.
