I use direct and concise instructions and demonstrations. My degree is in Communications, so I am a big fan of questions and feedback.
In addition to being a certified personal trainer through multiple organizations, I also hold certifications in fitness nutrition, exercise rehab, biomechanics, bodybuilding, and yoga.

I spend the first 15 minutes of class explaining three things: the goal for that day's lesson, the breakdown for what I am teaching that day, and how this applies to daily life after the class is over.
